The Omen Extreme models enhance the Omen series with stylish quilted maple tops. The bolt-on maple neck, featuring a rosewood fingerboard and a Thin C neck profile, ensures comfortable playability. The fingerboard features 24 X-Jumbo frets, and there is one SCHECTER Diamond Plus pickup each at the bridge and neck positions.

Schecter Pickups

Schecter produces both time-honored replicas and contemporary single coils and humbucker pickups. All pickups from A for “Apocalypse” to Z for “Z Plus” are produced in the USA. From vintage to ultra-hot sounds, from six to eight strings, Schecter has the right pickup for everyone.

Tune-O-Matic Bridge

The Tune-O-Matic Bridge consists of a fixed base and individually adjustable saddles that allow the guitarist to precisely adjust the string height and intonation. This contributes to improved playability and tuning stability. The strings are passed through the body of the guitar via the saddles. This "string thru body" design provides increased string vibration and contributes to the guitar's resonance and sustain.

Quilted Maple Top

Quilted Maple wood is characterized by its striking pattern of wavy or "quilted" features, giving the instrument a unique and luxurious look. This type of wood is often chosen for its natural beauty and exclusivity. Aside from the visual appeal, the Quilted Maple blanket also offers tonal benefits. The wood often has a bright and clear tonal quality, which particularly emphasizes the overtones.
